WhatsApp Official Messaging

We are an authorized Meta Business Partner (Facebook | WhatsApp), providing access to WhatsApp Official Messaging services. This solution enables you to send and receive messages using your own phone number or branded sender ID.

The service is subject to two types of fees: Meta Messaging Charges and Platform Usage Charges.

Platform Charges

A minimal fee we charge for providing a complete solution, including portal access and API integration.

Meta Charges

Per-message fees billed directly by Meta to your connected Facebook Business Manager account.

Meta Charges

These are official WhatsApp messaging fees for Pakistan set by Meta, billed per conversation type directly to your connected Business Manager account.

WhatsApp Message Categories

Here is a simple breakdown of WhatsApp message categories with examples:

Utility Messages – Inform users about transactions or updates.

Example: "Your order #1234 has been shipped."

Service Messages – Respond to customer inquiries or provide support.

Example: "Sure, your refund will be processed within 3 days."

Marketing Messages – Promote products, offers, or events.

Example: "Get 20% off on all items this weekend!"

Authentication Messages – Verify user identity with codes or links.

Example: "Your login code is 678910."

Requirements for WhatsApp Official Messaging

To get started, you will need:

An active Facebook account
A SIM card that is not currently registered with WhatsApp

Once these are ready:

Go to the Accounts Menu: https://wa.sendpk.com/dashboard/accountManagement.php
Click the green "WhatsApp Number Setup" button
A new page will open — follow the instructions (video tutorial available) to connect your WhatsApp number with our platform
